**The role**: Joining as recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for generating your own leads and new accounts, through site visit activity 1-2 days per week and telephone calls following up on leads gathered from the trade press andregistering contract workers. Working closely with construction clients. CRM management. Liaising with other providers and continuous rapport building.
**About you**: Ideally from a recruitment consultancy background, you will have already gained experience of tele sales and face to face sales in a B2B environment. Planning and organisation of your activity will be key to your success as willa drive and tenacity to achieve your business goals. To carry out duties as a Labour & Trades recruitment consultant you will need to hold a full driver’s license and have your own vehicle.
