**Full Job Description**

Second Bite CIC is looking for a member of staff to work in our cafeteria at Able Seaton Port. The duties for this role include, preparing lunch service, preparing and planning buffets, preparing breakfast service, ensuring kitchen and service area is kept clean, tidy and safe, cashiering, serving customers in a polite and friendly manner, opening of the building. Driving is preferred as limited public transport available for required start times.

As a member of staff, you will report directly to the Manager to ensure the quality and standards are adhered to.

Second Bite CIC is a not-for-profit charitable company that provides training, hospitality and catering services, community food provision aimed at reducing food poverty and waste.

**Job type**

Part time hours to be worked anytime between 6am and 4pm. Current schedule requires weekday availability however this may change, so weekend availability will be required.

**Salary**

£10.42 per hour.
