**The Role**:

- Offer product support to customers through effective methods of customer service
- Communicating with other teams/ departments to resolve issues
- Being able to source information to provide accurate updates to customers
- Working to achievable team related KPI’s based on query response times
- Is a naturally confident communicator with great people skills
- Can prioritise tasks accordingly based on importance
- Methodical approach to problem solving
- Experience working in a project delivery team (desirable)
- Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail

**Salary + Benefits**

A generous base salary up to £25,000 is available for this role, based on experience. The standard working hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
You'll also benefit from a great work life balance, as you can incorporate 2 days a week working from home once training is completed.
