Fp&a Analyst

Grafton Banks Finance is pleased to be supporting a highly acquisitive financial services business in Maidstone with their recruitment of a FP&A Analyst. This position is being offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.

Role responsibilities:

- To provide a working day one Commission and Fee flash reports at a Branch, Division and Pillar level across the Group.
- Responsibility for the annual Commission and Fee budget process including amalgamation of raw data from multiple systems, distribution to business units and subsequent consolidation of returned submissions for inclusion in the Group budget.
- Responsible for the timely processing of budget transfers and distribution of revised budgets to business units.
- Responsible for the ongoing tracking and reporting of pro forma income including the full year impact of recently acquired acquisitions.
- To provide ongoing analysis of the Groups regulatory capital requirements versus regulatory capital resources as defined by the FCA.
- To participate and help enhance the current budgeting and forecasting models to improve accuracy.
- Working closely with central services to ensure that the impact of decisions is understood, performance is tracked, and outcomes are included in the latest forecasts.
- Provide month end analysis of divisional results and creation of simple, insightful management information for senior management.
- Finance Processes - support key core corporate finance activities including month end, planning and financial modelling of investment or new acquisitions.

To be suitable for the role your profile will be similar to the following:

- ACCA/CIMA/ACA part/fully qualified.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Ability to manipulate large volumes of data.
- Available to start a role at no longer than 2 weeks' notice.

This position can be largely based from home (3-4 days per month in the office).
