Warehouse Service Administrator

Silver X Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Service Administrator to join our growing warehouse services team. This role is key to ensuring accurate stock control, customer communication, and efficient warehouse support across our multi-site operation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and process incoming ASNs and outgoing customer orders
- Maintain accurate stock records and audit trails
- Monitor and prioritise daily warehouse tasks in line with service levels
- Communicate with customers to provide updates and resolve queries
- Coordinate with offsite storage providers and internal teams
- Handle invoice processing, purchase orders (via Planergy), and discrepancy resolution
- Support cycle counts, stock checks, and stock accuracy improvements
- Manage exception handling and provide clear resolutions
- Generate and distribute KPI and discrepancy reports as required
- Understand the impact of warehouse admin on other business functions
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident IT user with the ability to learn new systems
- Experience in warehouse administration or customer service preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
