**IT Procurement and Contracts Manager - Liverpool with Hybrid Working to £55,000 plus exceptional benefits** We are partnered with one of the largest Employers in the region, a leading Russell Group University who are looking for an experienced IT Resource Manager to join their Team. A leader within their sector, the company operates on a large-scale with overwith over 30,000 users and a world class reputation. As the IT Procurement and Contracts Manager you will leading a growing team of operational specialists, working closely with Central Procurement, to create an IT Procurement & Contracts Strategy introducing significant change to the procurement of all technologyacross the organisation. This will create a centralised service to control costs and maximise efficiencies for both IT Services and suppliers through the supply chain as well as minimising risks to security. Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will ensure robust contract management procedures are in place. **Operating a Hybrid working model, there is a split of onsite and remote working. In addition to the salary offered, there are exceptional benefits which include an unrivalled pension scheme that contributes in excess of 20% as well as in excess of30 days of holiday and a commitment to continued professional development.** Once established you will have two Procurement Officers and so line management experience is required. This is an amazing opportunity to join our client as they embark upon a new strategy to deliver a new TOM, which will result in the delivery of a number of significant digital & technology initiatives. This new model will result in huge investment withintheir IT Services as they move to a modern, collaborative working space.
