Role Summary**Purpose and Scope**
Working as part of the site management team for the Kent Science Park, as well as supporting the Head Office Client Accounting and Credit Control Teams as necessary.The role will be based at the Kent Science Park but may also be required to deal with our Clients assets across the WAPG portfolio. The goal is to ensure that MAPP are able to collect occupational charges from occupiers on behalf of the landlord within agreed deadlines.The role will also have involvement with the preparation and reconciliation of annual Service Charge accounts.Skills (People & Technical)Occupier facing MAPP/Kent Science Park representativeUpdating the Property Management System with communications with occupiersProduction and analysis of statements and reconciliations between MAPP and occupiers own recordsProviding data to aid query resolutionLiaising with the MAPP Client Accounts and Credit Control teamPotential travel to MAPP offices and other managed Business Parks where requested.(Cost of travel arrangements covered).Assisting MAPP Client Accounting team with ad hoc duties as required.Assisting with the Management of Service Charge budgets, monitoring spend on a regular basis and providing information to managementAble to use own initiativeEffective PC skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft and Google packagesPro-active, flexible attitude to changes in the company, IT systems and the roleValues & Behaviour**Exhibition of MAPP Values**
