Full time permanent position (6 months probationary period as normal)
39 hours per week with the following hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm
- Friday: 8am - 3:30pm
Starting salary of £24,863 with bonus opportunities linked to KPIs.
Location - Office based

**What you’ll do**:
- Day to day you will make and receive calls from FuseBox customers, providing tailored solutions with passion and pride ensuring optimum service levels are achieved.
- Problem solving - taking ownership of each and every query ensuring a speedy resolution, making a real, positive impact on our customers.
- Accurately input orders onto SAP, create & send order acknowledgements and amendments.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments.
- Ensure that the company's processes and procedures are always followed.
- Any other duties as reasonably required

**Other required skills**:
- SAP experience is an advantage although not a necessity.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent team interaction skills.
