This is an exciting new opportunity to join a growing national telecoms provider as a technical presales consultant

You will be experienced in the hosted telecoms sector and your role will be to influence and understand the client technical requirements and use the current product and service portfolio to support the sales and account management teams.
The role will be responsible for client scoping, design, and development through to handover of a project.
Key duties are
- Great understanding of our current product offering, with the ability to cater to the needs of our customers, and design effective solutions for them.
- Ensure effective project handover to delivery team with necessary documentation, support and sign off.
- Provide excellent technical support for customer demonstrations, trials, and opportunities.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations on integrated solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to respond to the technical elements of RFIs and RFPs.
- Ability to identify the requirements of the customer and convey these through to a valid solution.

Your experience will include
- Demonstrable success in a pre-sales role within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record in a client facing role, giving presentations and hosting conference calls.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and a professional demeanour.
- Understanding of deployment models - On-Premise, Hosted, Cloud and Hybrid.
- Wide area networking and carrier technologies understanding - MPLS, SD-WAN, SIP Trunking.
