**Location**: Must live within commutable distance to Wimbledon, we are embracing hybrid working and as such this role will require 2-3 days a week in the office and the remainder working from home.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Advisor to join our HR team here at Domestic & General. Reporting to the Group Head of Reward, you will play a vital role in providing benefits advice and administration for UK and International benefits, whilst acting as the first point of contact for benefit related queries.
As a Benefits Advisor, you will build strong stakeholder relationships across the business, ensuring clear communication and identifying opportunities for improvement.

**Key role responsibilities**:
Preparation of reports for annual renewals of company benefit schemes, including private medical cover and insurance arrangements, working with the Reward Team, Payroll and external benefit suppliers.
Provide membership change details to benefit providers, brokers and Payroll to agreed monthly timescales.
Work with Payroll, and vendors on benefits reconciliations, as required.
Administering and managing the company’s external benefit platform including membership updates, administration of schemes such as cycle to work, car lease, recognition schemes, and any other benefit initiatives.
Work with benefit and platform providers and HR to ensure benefit membership administration is up to date, and be the point of contact for query resolution, escalating as required.
Review current administrative processes with a view to identifying opportunities for benefit process and administration simplification and improvement.
Support the Reward team in the delivery of the HR Objectives and undertake HR and Reward project work as required.
Assist in preparation and sending of reward communications such as benefit communications, salary review and bonus letters.
Arrange long service award communications to employees and grant of awards.
Work with the Group Head of Reward in the review of benefit provisions, including current providers, and assist in the launch of any new initiatives or change of suppliers.
Review of administration processes for international benefits, particularly US benefits.
Provide cover for the Reward team and provide general support, as required.
Maintain and review the benefits information on the intranet and other communications
**Skills and experience required**:
HR administration/advisory or benefits advisory experience
Vendor management experience
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Confident in being able to challenge appropriately
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Advanced Excel
