At G Comms, we distribute and stock hold materials for the telecommunication’s industry. Based within a 50,000sqft site based in Coleshill we have a number of warehousing facilities across the midlands.

As a **Warehouse Operative / Administration Support **your main role will be working within the Goods out team, picking products, you will also support the warehouse administrator in their absence and when workload increases. You will work closely with other departments within the business and ensure clear and consistent communication is delivered.

**Some of your duties and responsibilities include**:

- Receive and despatch stock using multiple ERP systems.
- Warehouse picking and packing.
- Kitting of small parts
- Creating tip tags and P flags using a small part machine.
- Create customer part codes where required and purchase orders in line with customer requirements.
- Updating the inhouse warehouse management system with delivery details including load manifests, POD’s and PDA data.
- Communicate with all departments to chase information.
- Produce reports for warehouse team and management.
- Scanning documents.
- Filing documents.
- Matching records and chasing data.
- Communicate any discrepancies with the relevant department.
- Update excel reports.
- Debrief drivers and pass all correct paperwork.
- Liaise with internal teams and problem solve.
- Compliance to H&S / Quality regulations and procedures to ensure the safety of you and other site personnel.
- To undertake any other duties as and when necessary to meet the varying demands of the business and satisfy customer needs.
**The person for the role will**:

- Have a good knowledge of business processes within a warehouse environment
- Experience of working within a goods out team, picking and packing.
- Have good IT skills and written and verbal communication
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Have knowledge of using WMS business operating systems.
- Have an excellent health & safety and quality systems awareness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
