**The Opportunity.**

This role will act as a key support in our brand campaign team assisting the campaign in the delivery of the voice of Very in a customer first way across key campaigns.

Building a good understanding of marketing principles, media planning and creative development will be the backbone growing and succeeding in this role.

Most importantly and as with every role in the brand team the individual needs to be a champion of the Very brand both internally & externally.

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Reporting** - Assisting on the delivery of informative wrap ups that help tell the story of our campaigns
- **Creative -** Assisting tin the curation and sharing of campaign assets
- **Media -** Working alongside managers and exec to build understanding of media briefs, reviewing plans and putting forward recommended approaches for signoff. With the view to be able to take these tasks in time
- **Workflow **- Managing stakeholder engagement in meetings. Assist in the approval of media and creative in support of the campaign team. Assist in monitoring critical campaign timings to help ensure the team stay on track with deadlines.
- **Innovation **- Assisting the campaign team in looking for innovation throughout the campaign - attending and contributing to ideation sessions and curating competitor Information

Alongside this, we are also looking for;
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Understanding of the creative development process
- Strong multi-channel knowledge and an Interest In advertising and media
- Opinions on creative executions with an ability to feedback to challenging stakeholders in order to get the best for the brand
- Ability to understand and translate campaign results
- A strong communicator - confident in influencing key stakeholders and communicating plans forward.
- Excellent written communication and an ability to bring ideas to life through presentation.
