International Content Advisor

Who we are looking for
- An International Content Advisor who is responsible for coordinating a wide range of translation projects and preparing content for various areas of our website and customer communications.
- You will be working within the International Content department, which is responsible for the translation of a wide range of sports, gaming and customer content. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering accurately translated content to bet365 stakeholders.
- This is an excellent opportunity for those who have an interest in languages and wish to get involved with the teams that manage the translation of our website and customer communications. The successful applicant will gain an invaluable insight into this key area of the operation and the involvement of Media in the wider project life cycle.- Foreign language skills are not a requirement for this role. This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.- Preferred skills and experience- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.- Ability to prioritise multiple, simultaneous demands and deliver on deadlines whilst adapting to ever changing requirements at short notice.- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and clearly with key stakeholders both verbally and in writing.- Ability to work under pressure and make sound, logical decisions within a fast-paced business environment.- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as individually with a proactive mind-set.
- Good knowledge of sports betting and gaming terminology is desirable, but not essential.
- Main Responsibilities- Coordinating a wide range of translation work for bet365 platforms, services and customer content.- Negotiating deadlines with key stakeholders.- Monitoring the translation workload.- Delivering accurately translated content for multiple stakeholders.- Supporting the International Content Translators, Team Leaders and Supervisors.
- Identifying and escalating issues appropriately.
