This is a friendly and supportive Travel and Tourism company with a team of 6 in their finance department. They have a great working environment, team culture and high staff retention. They are now seeking an immediately available Accounts Assistant to jointheir team.
**About the role**:

- Temporary Accounts Assistant
- Immediately start
- Up to 3-month Contract
- Reports into Management Accountant
- Hybrid role with flexible working
- 7.5 hours per day

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining Ledgers
- Raising invoices and liaising with customers
- Debt control
- Assisting maintenance of working cash flows
- Assisting with VAT submissions
- Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Must be immediately available
- Must have Sales ledger and Purchase Ledger experience
- Good initiative and a willingness to learn
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of the organisation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
