Elite Youth Sports are proud to be recruiting for an exciting new Marketing & Sales Executive position due to company growth. We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for marketing and analytics looking to take the next step in their career andsupport a vibrant, energetic company as we seek to change the way Primary School Sport and Holiday Sport Camps are delivered.

You will be joining a fantastic small office team of hard-working professionals, with a passion for what we do. Elite Youth Sports has been around since 2008 with an established brand in Oxfordshire. Operating in Primary Schools during term time, deliveringhigh quality PE Lessons and organising Holiday Activity camps in several locations across Oxfordshire during the school breaks.

You must be a self-starter with a flexibility and willingness to learn and use your own initiative. The role is new and is there for the right person to make the role their own.

**Responsibilities**
- Competitor research and analysis
- Customer profiles and market research
- Develop and execute social media strategy and plan
- Working with management on a Sales and Marketing strategy
- Creation of Marketing Collateral for camps and schools
- Content creation - Videos and graphics
- SEO basic understanding and skills
- Collate and manage a photo/video bank for marketing
- Copy writing for website and marketing collateral
- Website management and design - user experience
- Confident with cold calling and reaching the right contact
- Travel between camp locations to take images/videos for content

**Essential Criteria**
- A minimum of 2 year’s Marketing and Sales experience
- Administration and customer service experience
- Strong content writing - creativity, SEO and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise own workload and work to deadlines
- Track record of delivering marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Ability to analyse marketing campaign results
- Experience using Photoshop or Canva or other equivalent software
- Eye for design and creative content
- Hardworking and enthusiastic about your work
- SEO Basic Skills and knowledge
- Computer literate
- Highly organised
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Driving licence, access to vehicle

**Desirable but not essential**:

- A minimum of 4 years Marketing and Sales experience
- CIM qualification or working towards
- Experience working in the childcare or school sector

Salary £22,000-£28,000 pro rata per annum

This is an office based role with the requirement to visit our camp locations during the school holidays to gather marketing content for promotional collateral and videos. There are opportunities for working from home on the odd occasion.
