**EMEA Sales Support Coordinator - Eastleigh - £20,000-£23,000 - Hybrid role working from home 2 days a week - Free parking on site**
We have an exciting new role working for a global organisation based on the outskirts of Southampton near Eastleigh. For the EMEA Sales Support Coordinator role, you will ideally have experience working within a similar sales support or customer service based position in a fast paced environment, where meticulous administration skills were required.

**The EMEA Sales Support Coordinator duties will include**:
- Enter orders following the instruction of the Sales Representative in an effective manner and ensuring to highlight any potential issues at entry stage as necessary.
- Verify orders are processed correctly using the Order Entry Checklist.
- Raise and manage part number set ups as required.
- Ensure any special-order requirements/information is communicated to appropriate departments i.e. Procurement, bagging, Certificate of Conformance etc.
- Proactively communicate to customers when delivery delays occur on their outstanding orders, ensuring also that the appropriate Inside Sales Representative is notified accordingly.
- Run and issue backlog reports on weekly basis to customers defined by the UK Sales Representative.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments
- Ensure that all administrative procedures/work instructions are followed completely as directed by ISO9001 standard.
**Key skills**
- Strong customer service with sales aptitude
- Experience working with an ERP system.
- Strong customer interface skills with the desire to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer.
- Ability to problem solve independently and able to adapt to change
