This online business is going through exciting times of growth and are seeking a Senior Digital Designer to take a lead role in their Leeds team to support the Head of Digital. The business work on a hybrid basis with 2 to 3 days in the office and thisrole is working
As Digital Design Lead, you will mentor the more junior members of the team and report to the Head of Digital.
What you'll do:

- Develop concepts, visual identities and visual styles that fit specific target audiences
- Ensure brand consistency across all design creative
- Take ownership of key projects delivering high-quality work on time
- Challenge, motivate and inspire others to ensure the company creates an efficient, high-performing unit
For this senior role, we’d expect you to have 5 years of experience working in the creative industry either in agencies or in-house studios and have experience of managing and taking a lead on projects.
You should also have the ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment. In addition, you should be a confident and compelling communicator, adept at sharing your expertise with the broader team across design and marketing to ensure best practicemethodology is understood and promoted throughout the business.
Working with photographers or having an interest in photography and knowledge of motion graphics using Adobe Animate or After Effects would also be advantageous, however not essential.

This is a hybrid role, with expectations of 2 to 3 days in the office which is based in East Leeds. They have on-site parking and are close to the A1.
