As an Organisation and Employee Development Consultant for HM Land Registry, you will get to play a key part in designing, developing and implementing Learning & Development (L&D), Organisation Development (OD) and Talent interventions, while working withstakeholders to develop excellent solutions.

This role requires a minimum of 30 hours per week and will involve regular travel and overnight stays to all HMLR offices.

**Responsibilities as our** **Organisation and Employee Development Consultant**:

- Ensuring the building of organisation and employee capability to meet Land Registry’s current and future state requirements
- Working in partnership with business representatives, HR colleagues and external stakeholders to help develop the organisation and its culture, facilitate change, foster people's potential, build skills and leadership capability and develop personal effectiveness
- Working with key stakeholders right across our organisation to clarify skill requirements and build skills development programmes to meet identified needs
- Acting as the first point of contact (OED partner) for individual HMLR business areas in all aspects of Organisation Development, Learning and Development
- Designing, delivering and evaluating the impact of learning interventions to support leadership and management capability
- Developing and implementing support for core, professional and specialist skills frameworks that include current and future requirements
- Devising and managing entry level programmes, providing coaching support for managers, facilitating change, team building and leadership development workshops

**What we are looking for in our Organisation and Employee Development Consultant**:

- An associate member of the CIPD or have equivalent experience in an HR or related position and be prepared to commit to the achievement of CIPD standards
- The ability to demonstrate a proven track record in the design and delivery of Organisation Development and Learning and Development interventions
- Experience in facilitating training and development sessions and evaluating Learning and Development, Organisation Development or Talent interventions against business objectives
- Experience in identifying behaviour and skills gaps to design and deliver effective learning and development programmes and interventions. Leading by example, you can role model leadership and coaching skills
