**Job Title**: Adventure Park Supervisor

**Location**: Otterspool Adventure, Liverpool
**Reports To**: General Manager
**Salary**: Competitive, dependent on experience
**Hours**: Full-time (includes weekends and bank holidays)

We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer experiences for families, children, and visitors of all ages.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations across all areas of the adventure park, ensuring a smooth and efficient running of activities.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a visible presence around the park, engaging with guests and resolving any issues quickly and professionally.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures, risk assessments, and operational standards are met and maintained.
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Work closely with the management team to deliver special events, parties, and seasonal attractions.
- Support with cash handling, stock control, and reporting as required.
- Uphold Otterspool Adventure’s brand values and ensure every visitor leaves with a smile

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience, ideally within a leisure, hospitality, or family attraction environment.
- Proven track record of working directly with the public, particularly families and children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident in handling customer feedback and resolving issues effectively.
- Awareness of health and safety practices in a public setting.
- Flexibility and ability to work weekends, school holidays, and peak periods.

**Desirable**
- First Aid or Health & Safety certification.
- Experience in outdoor attractions, adventure parks, or play centres.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.

Part-time and full time roles available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £7.55-£12.46 per hour
