**Factory Labourer/Sander**

We are looking for a Factory Labourer/Sander to join our fast growing Signage Company. You will be required to work in the metal shop and various departments and assist where necessary to keep the factory running to a high standard.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
working in the sanding department, must have previous experience sanding, using 80/120/240 grit discs.
- Helping out in metal shop, when not busy in sanding bay.
- General housekeeping, waste segregation, recycling and waste disposal
- Adhere to Company Health, Safety, Quality and environmental requirements

**Skills and Experience required for the role**:

- Working alone in sanding department and as a team...Previous experience sanding is essential.
- Able to work to strict deadlines
- Basic organisational skills
- Basic understanding of electrical devices
- Being able to complete some routine and non routine tasks in a warehouse environment
- Be able to plan and organise both familiar and new tasks
- Able to work as a team and independently
