**About The Role** As an FLT operative for AO Recycling you can expect to do a variety of tasks throughout the plant. You would need to make use of warehouse equipment such as FLT truck as well as general warehouse tasks as required. Working closely with your colleagues, the role requires you to contribute to the effective and efficient operation while adhering to all policies and procedures. **Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing** - Report to Supervisor - Working alternative shifts 6AM-2PM and 2PM-10PM, Mon-Fri - Maintaining housekeeping by keeping area as clean and tidy as possible. - Contribute to the effective and efficient operations. - Inputting data using our IT systems (training provided) - Carry out deep cleaning tasks when assigned. - Working in line with all policies and procedures. - Adhere to all company health and safety procedures **A Few Things About You** - Must Have a Current Counterbalance FLT Certificate - Able to work as a team member and follow instructions given - Good communication skills - Reliable - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - Able to work on your own initiative from time to time - Previous experience of working within a similar role would be an advantage **A Bit About Us**At AO, we want to make sure our customers are happy.
