Supply Chain Administrator
Location: Whetstone, Leicester

**Salary**: £12-£13 per hour dependent on experience

The role:

- Raise Purchase Orders for direct and indirect materials in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Expediting control with Suppliers, updating ERP, maintaining Order Acknowledgements and communicating Slippages
- Receiving deliveries, Scanning paperwork, Visually checking quantities, Booking goods on to system, Unwrapping and Storing parts correctly
- Supporting during the departments Revamp
- Participate in stock taking activities
- Wrap and Pack Materials for shipping
- Adhoc admin duties such as Invoice Queries, Booking Couriers, Customs Clearances, Scanning of Documents
- Prepare packaging for the weeks shipping requirements
- Update and maintain the SC Dashboard trackers for Inspection, OSP, RMA and Customer repair items

You will work closely with the supply chain manager to ensure smooth running of the department. This role will occasionally involve physical aspects including loading and unloading of laser equipment for shipping.
- Efficient on ERP
- GCSE/ ORP Level D or equivalent in Maths and English
- Purchasing or stock admin experience is essential
- Manual handling ability
- Great communication skills
