Our client, an entrepreneurial luxury fashion retail business, are coming into rapid growth, now seek an immediately available Qualified Accountant with Due Diligence experience to help pull together a Due Diligence pack/data room on a short term basis.
Duties may include:

- Investigate financial and non-financial business information
- Liaise with senior management to understand historical and projected business performance etc.
- Identifying and understanding key drivers of the company
- Write due diligence reports

**Requirements**:

- Be a Qualified Accountant
- Due Diligence experience
- Immediately Available
