We are looking for a well presented, caring, and reliable individual who loves helping others and wants to help to make a difference in our client’s lives. We are looking for an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team in delivering high quality home care services in and around Ruislip and Harrow. You will work closely with our care coordinator and Register Manager and the care team to provide quality person-centred care to our clients.

Your role will include meeting all our Care Professionals and clients and conducting assessments, and service quality checks. You will be supported by the office team and have a direct manager to report to. This is a full-time role and will be required out of office hours participation on a rota basis.

As we are a very busy service, this role will suit someone who is well organised, ambitious, works well under pressure and are also able to carry out administrative duties efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with-in our Home Instead team to maintain an exceptional standard of ‘Client-centred’ customer service and build a relationship with the client and client’s family.
- Provide care to our service users as and when required.
- Provide support to all Care Pros.
- Ensure effective communication and build robust supportive relationships with field-based Care Pros and support them to the highest of standards
- Carry-out on call shifts as required in our out of hours’ service. Coordinators will be required to carry out one on-call shift per week and if required to assist to cover the weekend on-call on a rota basis.
- Provide weekly feedback to your manager and Registered Manager and ensure all feedback is correctly detailed
- Carry out spot checks and client visits as and when required
- Supervise and monitor staff to ensure they are meeting the company standards of care if required.

**Qualifications**:
**Skills and experience**
- Great attention to detail
- Polite, friendly, helpful, and personable.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience in a similar role min 1 year
- Hold at least L2, or be working towards the NVQ
- Up-to-date knowledge of all legislative and regulatory industry standards
- Desire to work as part of a diverse and multicultural team
- The ability to organise own work and carry out duties without direct supervision
- The ability to manage others
- The ability to organise and prioritise workload when faced with multiple tasks
- Must hold a UK driving licence and have a reliable vehicle

Additional Information

Work Location: In person

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
