A well regarded AV solutions company are looking to undergo a large, complex transformation globally. You'll be playing a key part within the field engineering team to work across multiple sites and integrate Video-Conferencing equipment as well as providediagnosis and checks to ensure the correct running of the equipment on a long term, outside IR35 contract.

**AV Engineer Responsibilities**:

- Engaging and mentoring of staff in the integration and installation of a range of video conferencing solutions
- Participate in the installations across AMX, Crestron, VC, Digital Signage etc.
- Complete cabling installations with the ability to complete work independently or lead a small team
- Conduct audits and complete site surveys

**Senior Engineer Experience**:

- 3 years+ in a similar senior position
- Comprehensive knowledge of a range of VC and integrated audio equipment
- Proven experience working with solution including: Cisco, AMX, Crestron, Zoom
- Background in leading teams in delivering VC or AV solutions is preferred
- Industry or manufacturer certifications highly advantageous
