Croft Avenue Care Home is a warm and welcoming environment where we provide exceptional care for our residents. We are currently seeking a caring and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Help residents with mobility issues and transfers.
- Assist with meal times and ensure that residents are getting proper nutrition.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
- Record and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to senior staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Care Assistant is preferred.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and infection control procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and under your initiative.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
