To act as the data support clerk for the British Spine Registry for the Spinal Surgery service in Swansea Bay University Health Board. This will include any data entry and management requested by the team.

When necessary, you will be required to liaise with medical, managerial and nursing staff within the service to provide accurate and relevant data.
- You will have responsibility for registering patients about to undergo spinal surgery onto the British Spine Registry (BSR) and ensuring Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMS) are captured on the BSR pre and post-operation.
