We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to support the store manager run our store in the bustling seaside town of Bognor Regis.

The hours will be 30 hours per week, Monday to Sunday. The role will include weekend working (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), but not every day and with a day off during the week, so flexibility is crucial to the success of this role.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Be the welcoming face of Vapouriz to our customers and generate sales by making recommendations on products and upselling
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuing their needs are met when possible
- Work with management and colleagues to build a customer-focused, sales driven team
- Be aware of sales targets and actively contribute to achieving store goals and targets
- Deliver customer feedback and observations to the management team
- Communicate daily and weekly sales performance to the management team
- Uphold store merchandising and high standards of cleanliness, ensure the store is kept neat and tidy and is easy for customers to navigate
- Support the aims and ethos of Vapouriz, setting a good example in terms of dress, behaviour, punctuality and attendance
- Promote and ensure the good reputation of Vapouriz
- Provide cover for the store manager during days off, annual leave and sickness
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures within the defined timescales
- Undertake any other tasks which can be reasonably be expected in relation to the role.
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service
- Sales driven
- Presentable and approachable
- A self-starter with a positive can-do attitude
- Well organised with with good time management skills
- A vaper or have a keen interest in the vaping industry would be helpful

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
