**Job title: Executive SENDCO**

**Hours: 40 hours per week**
**Location: Bramfield House School, Halesworth**
**Contract: Permanent, Term Time only**

We are looking for an Executive SENDCO to join our fantastic team at Bramfield House School, Halesworth. We need someone who is thirsty for success, has the highest of expectations for young people and deep understanding of the challenges that young people with additional needs face.
**Purpose of the Job**
- Sitting as part of the Leadership team and working closely with the curriculum leaders for secondary and the therapeutic team, this role holds whole-school responsibility to lead the continued development of SEND strategy for all students across the upper school, which promotes their ability to develop and achieve
- To lead intervention in the secondary part of the school
- Lead in the quality of youth coaching across the school
- Attend and co-ordinate all annual reviews
- Ensure the effective relationship development and liaison with Local Authority EHCP Coordinators and all professionals in the field
- Contribute to providing high quality, challenging and differentiated educational activities and experiences, appropriate to the class group and individual pupils
- To work as part of ‘one team’ at Bramfield House School to facilitate the everyday education and care of young people with SEMH and ASC
