HEAD OFFICE Radiology Administrator Guildford Hospital | Radiology Administration | Permanent | Full time £19,578 per annum 37.5 hours per week - The role will include some shift working with hours spanning 7:30 - 19:30 and include approx. 1 Saturday every 4 weeks. As a Radiology Administrator your role will include booking patients for diagnostic tests, managing patient enquiries and working as part of a well established and proactive team. You will work closely with the radiographers and support maximum utilization across the department. **As a Radiology Administrator you will**: Deliver high-quality administration support to the radiology department. Enjoy the satisfaction of providing truly exceptional customer service. Prioritise a busy workload, whilst also keeping calm under pressure and remaining professional at all times. Book patients for diagnostic imaging procedures. Complete initial patient safety questionnaires. Work closely with the Radiology team to ensure maximum utilization. Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the standards and timescales required. Coordinate, plan and organise a range of activities. Complete electronic and/or manual data entry / record keeping in an accurate and timely manner, to agreed format and standards. File, store, retrieve and collate information / items accurately and efficiently. Handle queries within the remit of own role and escalate more complex / serious issues to senior staff where required. **To succeed as a Radiology Administrator you will have**: A keen eye for detail. Strong secretarial skills. Great communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office whilst being comfortable working with numbers. Helping you feel good.
