We have opportunities for Lodge Housekeeping Assistants at Macdonald Spey Valley Resort. The resort sits in an enviable position nestling within picturesque Aviemore.

**The Role**

As a Macdonald Lodge Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience to all our guests.

We see you as a real ambassador of our company, operating on the front line with an organised, proactive approach and a meticulous eye for detail. You enjoy being part of a busy team but also have the drive to work on your own initiative, always keen to deliver the highest standards and exceed our guests’ expectations.

As a member of the larger team, you will have the opportunity to learn about the broader operations of the hotel, as well as making friendships and building a network of colleagues. This is a great place to start if you are interested in the world of hospitality

Experience in a similar role would be helpful, but we will also offer training if you are willing to learn, take pride in your work and are committed to delivering our high standards. - Clean and prepare all assigned areas to the highest standards, including guest lodges
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to all health and safety requirements and security procedures
- Ensure that all storage areas are kept clean, tidy and restocked
- Undertake deep cleaning tasks when required
- Take responsibility for understanding our products and services
- Proactively look for ways to improve or enhance the guest experience

Full Time Hours: 30 - 40 per week
