**Type: Full Time Permanent**

**Salary:£22-£24K**

**Working Hours:Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm**

Logic 360 Group are expanding and have an exciting opportunity for a Competent Administrator to join our Compliance team. You will be joining a dynamic, fast paced environment, with the potential to grow and evolve into a more responsible role within theBusiness, as you will be an integral part of operation compliance, supporting all divisions within the Group. Opportunities are there for the taking

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To become Authorised Signatory at the relevant airports
- Responsible for undertaking pre-employment referencing, criminal record and other checks as required in a timely and professional manner, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- Build rapport with referees to ensure accurate and prompt return of references requested.
- Manage GSAT courses where applicable.
- Upload documents and submit referencing files using the relevant ID system.
- Provide reports to internal and external clients at agreed frequency.
- Keep up to date with all relevant recruitment, referencing and industry related legislation.
- Verify returned references, including file notes and evidence packs where needed.
- Resolve any issues with applicants/referees.
- Maintain a professional attitude towards work and your colleagues and ensure operational procedures are always adhered to.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties, consistent with your role that may be required to meet the needs of the business.
- Attend any training that may be deemed beneficial to you in undertaking your role with the company.

**Essential Skills & Requirements**
- Proven previous experience in an administration role.
- Previous Airside Referencing experience advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Possesses excellent administration skills.
- Confident in working independently and as part of a team.
- Competent in working in a pressurised environment and manage duties and responsibilities with a calm manner.
- Systematic and process oriented.
- Competent using Microsoft packages.
