**About the role**

As spa attendant you will be responsible for the welcoming and looking after guests within our spa area, from check in to check out, service of drink and light refreshment, up sale of spa treatments and ensuring the customer enjoys their experience with us. The role is rewarding, but also demanding with being on your feet all day and involves working weekends and possibly some evenings.

The role will also include being part of a great reception team in a customer focused role. Your duties will include dealing with guests staying at the hotel or visiting the spa or Inn, taking telephone inquiries and reservations for the hotel, spa and restaurants.
