**Chemical Process Operator - Days (Monday - Friday) - Widnes, Cheshire.**

Employing over 500 staff across its network of UK manufacturing sites, with an on-going re-investment programme to improve Health & Safety, efficiency and business development, ICL are leaders in the Industry and key suppliers to many of the UK’s leading Water Treatment Companies.

We are recruiting for a Chemical Process Operator at our Widnes site to oversee the production process of the chemical plant facility by monitoring equipment and ensuring the quality, efficiency and safety of the manufacturing plant.

**Tasks include**:

- Monitoring condition of process
- Data logging and archiving
- Stock management of sufficient resources to deliver planned activity
- Working closely with the Lab Department
- Supervision of goods in and out, including loading unloading of road tankers and using forklift trucks.
- Previous chemical process experience an advantage
- Attention to detail
- Ensure that any problems are reported to the relevant manager/department immediately
- Ensure that personal protective clothing is worn at all times.

**Hours**: As this is a 24/7 site you are required to work on a Monday - Friday shift pattern which will include shifts covering nights and weekends and bank holidays
