Manual Operator/envelope Filling Mon-fri

Working as part of a team in a production environment, this role will be to enclose envelopes in accordance with established job specifications and procedures.
Your main duties will be:
- To manually fulfil envelopes with pre-printed letters and associated marketing and compliance material in preparation for collection to the sealing and despatch area.
- You will book out this work using the Prod MI system.
- To ensure that all work allocated to you is completed in a timely manner.
- To be responsible for keeping an accurate record of your activities on Prod MI.
- To notify the stock runner of any stock that is required.
Other duties you may be asked to do include:
- Sealing envelopes and preparing work for despatch to our mail service providers (Royal Mail, UK Mail, Whistl, etc).
- To collect and return stock from various locations on the production floor.
- To undertake any other duties associated with Manual Mail.
You will need basic PC skills to be able to check stock and book out work on the Prod MI system.
Adherence to quality and output targets and show an all-round willingness to complete other tasks as requested.
To adhere to hygiene and housekeeping via the 5's framework and contribute to the continuous improvement philosophy and effectiveness of the Manual Mail team.
To always act and behave in a way compliant with all company guidelines and policies, especially those relating to Environmental Health and Safety, ethics, welfare and codes of principles.
