**Front of house/Host - Full time position**

**Come join our team, be part of an award winning salon group. We are looking for an experienced individual to take on the role of front of house/host in our Walsall salon.**

**The role is a full time position, working 5 days a week completing 40 hours. Salon hours vary and shifts will vary between open and closing duties. Days which can be expected to work Tuesday-Saturday with the Salon closed on a Sunday. Monday's be be required to work on occasion.**
- A high level of customer service (at least 2+ years) as the customer experience is incredibly important to us and you will be the face of the salon responsible for welcoming clients into our doors. Experience could include relevant customer service experience e.g Reception, Hospitality, High end Retail.
- Host Experience - We are looking for an individual who can elevate our customer experience within our salon and be able to offer amazing service from the moment they walk through the door Are you this person? Are you able to welcome one and all to be able to be a chameleon in adapting to all client needs? You would be responsible for making drinks, ensuring clients belongings are stored safely and to maintain this level of service through their appointent.
- Organisational/IT skills to be able to control a booking system with confidence. With the salon being controlled by a Salon software booking system you will need to hold sufficient IT skills to be able to adapt to using Salon software. Training will be provided, but a minimum of IT Skillsets are required.
- Sales experience - as you will be responsible for the salon in taking bookings, deposits, and payments for clients, experience in handling client payments and being able to complete these transactions with a high level of customer service.
- Not essential but additional managerial experience will also benefit to help with day to day running of the salon and support to Stylist/Technicians
