We have an exciting opportunity to join our Ready to Eat (RTE) team, who make our world class pappadum’s, in a role responsible for packing and processing finished goods. This role is on a continuous 6am-6pm shift pattern.

**What's the role about?**

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Multi Skilled Operator is primarily based within the packing end of production. They are responsible for running various pieces of packing machinery and processing the finished goods, ready for dispatch.

All tasks will be completed in a manner to achieve the safe, hygienic, efficient, and best-cost manufacture of all designated products to the required quality, specification and quantity.

- Has an understanding of GMP requirements and demonstrates an ability to consistently adhere to these.
- Be confident and competent in accurately in operating machinery and completing paperwork.
- Demonstrates a willingness to Raise the Bar, by seeking opportunities for improvement of our processes.
- Have good communication skills and the ability work collaboratively with the Team, the Team Leader and key Stakeholders.
