Additional Information Initial training is fully paid for. Once you've completed your training, you’ll be introduced to individuals that match your interests and abilities. You can shadow one of our experienced Care Professionals to see what the role entails and have opportunities to reflect and make sure you are comfortable in your relationship with the person you support. Your role is to help your client feel comfortable, secure, and happy and work with the larger team to ensure that they are living the best life possible. We work with you to come up with exciting ideas and creative activities to make their lives more stimulating and fulfilling.
