They should have excellent communication skills as they will be required to deal with mortgage lenders, clients both verbally and in person and work well under pressure using their own initiative as well as being part of a team.

Fast and accurate keyboard and typing skills as they will be required to type reports using dictation software.

Salary £10.75 per Hour, 3 days per week - to be agreed

Hours of work 9:00am - 5.20pm (lunch break 20 mins)

**_Job Description_**
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client and lenders queries as appropriate
- Obtain and prepare documentation for initial meetings with prospective clients following the specific company directive
- Ensure all information is entered onto the company database system maintaining up to date records of client’s personal details
- Review and administer business pipeline to ensure relevant actions are taken
- Follow up any tasks that arise from meetings
- Manage internal procedures, ensuring that these are documented and consistently maintained
- Assist in the efficient processing of business in accordance with strict operating procedures
- Ensure Consultants are able to focus on the advice process

- **Fast and accurate typing and keyboard skills are a must - this will be demonstrated at interview**:

- Ability to transcribe reports using dictaphone software
- Working knowledge of MS Office
