We have a requirement from our client for **Wireless Network Engineer** role in London.

**Role Type: FTE (Fixed Term Employment)**

**Role Duration: 1 year**

**Requirements**:

- Experience as **wireless/IP Network Engineer.**:

- Ability to troubleshoot medium complexity network connectivity, diagnostics and configuration.
- Define and execute system integration and user acceptance tests for **WiFi/IP Networks**.
- Experience with **wireless network/IP systems** and equipment deployment in emerging markets.
- Advanced networking skills with solid experience in deploying, maintaining, and administering networks
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity, diagnostics and configuration.
- Firm understanding of networking architectures that provide connectivity to end users (at home, at work, at public spaces, in transportation, etc) and the relevant network design trade-offs and common deployment and operational challenges.
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP and commonly-used routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS)
- **Experience in working with Linux/Unix**:

- **Linux Embedded experience, Linux networking.**:

- Knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Relevant network certifications (CCNP/CCNA)
- Exposure on WiFi base communications including fundamentals such as SNR, RSSI, MCS, and Tx/Rx power
- Understanding of tunneling technologies such as VPN, L2GRE, VPC
- Experience deploying packages and tools on AWS and/or other cloud platforms
- Experience with network traffic generators (eg., IXIA, Spirent, Xena), traffic impairment boxes, KPI measurement tools, spectrum analyzers, protocol analyzers (eg., wireshark).
