We are looking for an experienced HLTA for this long-term position in Ealing starting ASAP.

**The role**:

- Working as a **Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)** across all year groups.
- Covering classes.
- Hours are from 8am
- 4pm.
- Have **_experience working as a HLTA _**in a Primary school setting.
- A positive and caring approach with **_previous experience_** of supporting children.
- D emonstrate what additional and different learning techniques you have to help close the gap between lower and higher level ability pupils
- Have positive behaviour management skills.
- Have good oral and written communication skills.
- Be willing to commit to a 5-day-a-week role.
- Be adaptable and flexible in working practices and the ability to know when to use initiative.
- Have a **_strong academic background _**and the desire to work with primary aged pupils.
- Be willing to commit to providing the very best all round education for these exceptional young people.
