**Come and join us as a Room Attendant**

The Room Attendant is required to deliver housekeeping services such as servicing bedrooms or supporting colleagues in the team with other departmental activities to the required client brand standards.

**A little more detail of what the role involves**:

- Supporting the head housekeeper delivering quality work and following all reasonable instructions;
- Servicing guest accommodation and public areas with a view to exceeding client expectations;
- The ability to work on your own or as part of a team;
- Having a positive attitude and supporting or assisting colleagues as required;
- Complying with both client and company policies and procedures.
- Keeping trolleys and stock rooms tidy and reporting shortages to your supervisor;
- Ensuring all equipment is in a safe and working condition;
- Having a commitment and willingness to improve your own work standards;
- Complying with training requirements and maintaining a thorough knowledge of company health, safety and environmental safety procedures and reporting any issues to the head housekeeper / supervisor immediately; and
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation both personally and professionally.
