Our team have worked together with market's largest alternative investment platforms with a depth of private wealth, alternative asset, fund management and investment banking experience amongst them.

**Opportunity**:
This role will suit someone looking for a step up into a position with more responsibility and exposure across the business. Ideally, you’ll have some transferable experience but more importantly you’ll demonstrate a strong willingness to learn.

**Key Team Deliverables**:
Fund Launches
- Support the Fund Structuring team in the delivery of new funds, from product inception through to launch
- Develop and maintain project management tools to support the launch process
- Support the Data Management team to ensure that static data relating to new funds is recorded in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with the Distributor and Investor Servicing team to ensure that initial investors and their intermediaries are efficiently onboarded for new fund launches
- Responsible for the handover of new funds to the Fund Operations team

Service Providers
- Manage relationships with service providers, including selection and onboarding
- Ensure that fund investors receive quality of service and cost optimisation

Onboarding and Due Diligence
- Ensure that onboarding and due diligence requirements relating to fund launches is managed in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop and maintain due diligence packs to support this

Operating Model Design
- Work with Fund Structuring team to capture operational requirements of new funds
- Develop scalable operating model with Fund Operations team and external service providers
- Document deliverables within Operating Memorandum (OM) and / or Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure new or non-standard processes are properly assessed and managed from an operational risk perspective
