Traffic Steward

We are looking for Event Staff/Traffic Stewards to help us get people to and from **Slam Dunk Festival** & **Kaiser Chiefs Concert**2025.
- **Shifts are on Saturday 24th May and Sunday 25th & Saturday 31st May with a shift length of between 10 and 17 hours available.**_

We provide traffic services at Major Events such as Horse Racing, Music Festivals and Football Matches across the UK.

We strive to give customers a fantastic experience when entering and leaving the event, whilst also looking after our staff by offering employee benefits such as meals whilst working.

We give opportunities to expand skills and help staff grow in any way we can. With a dedicated Management team, we aim to bring you more and more festivals and events throughout the year

You will work in a team led by our experienced Traffic Managers and Supervisors who are there to keep you safe and make you feel a part of the team.

**What makes an Event Steward**

Ability to follow instruction and perform roles such as directing drivers to specific areas, parking cars and making sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.

Be flexible and capable of undertaking different tasks and roles across a variety of different events throughout our summer season
- no two shifts are the same.

Ability to stay positive through a multitude of events and shift lengths as well as any weather
- rain or shine

The most successful stewards will come with an open mind, a friendly manner and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.

**Required Skills**:
1. Be able to follow Supervisors and Managers instructions.

2. Be polite and helpful to all customers.

3. Smart and professional appearance.

4. Ability to work away from home for extended periods which could involve camping.

5. Working 12+hour shifts.

6. Right to Work in the UK.

7. Customer Service experience.

**Preferred Skills**

1. Events Experience

2. Full UK Driving License with access or own transport or access to a lift to/from events

**Salary & Benefits**

Salary is per hour from starting pay of £13.95.

Meals are provided on shift. Camping onsite also available.
