Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker or Care Worker, you will use your knowledgeand skills to help support people lead a valued and fulfilled life. The shift patterns include working fulltime nights and weekends, 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week. **Where you will be working** **Location**: 16 Grosvenor Road, Wrexham, Wales, LL11 1BU Join the team at Ty Grosvenor, providing care for men and women with personality disorders and mental illness in an established and well-run service, where you will focus on equipping people with the appropriate skills for community living. You will empower and support people to reach their own unique goals while you learn about implementing five core zones of Work and Education, Interventions, Social Networks, Health and Empowerment. The service has two distinct wards and two-bedroom apartmentsthat support independent living.
