This role is a Team Lead in the UK Production Team.

The purpose of the team is to provide a support to the Production Department through movement of birds together with the mucking out, cleaning and sanitizing of Poultry Houses.

The Mobile Team is made of up two teams the Wash Team and the Service Team and team members are expected to assist each other where necessary. Both Teams are responsible to the Mobile Teams Manager and are based in the Production division:
The Wash Team is made up of 8 team members, this position is as **Team Lead**

**The Main Responsibilities of the Role**
- Hands on leadership on site, mucking out, washing and disinfecting poultry houses.
- Helping in the planning of the workload and manpower
- Linking the team with farm managers
- Adhering to all company Health and Safety rules and procedures.
- To strictly adhere to all bio-security rules. Leading the team by example
- Manage timesheets/ performance reviews
- Assist in organization of team meetings

**Additional Responsibilities and Projects**
- Management of equipment
- Managing the maintenance and servicing schedules of equipment
- Drive continual improvement through efficiencies and innovation
- Develop and train team members in relation to their role.

**About you**
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Able to respond to changing priorities
- Taking ownership and responsibility of duties
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanour with a natural ability to build working relationships
- Full Driving Licence required
