I am looking for an IT Support Engineer with a positive, can do attitude to join a thriving MSP in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This position is integral to ensuring thecontinued success of their service and will see you providing 1st / 2nd line support. This position is focused around progression - both on an individual and company basis - and will allow you to grow your own knowledge as well as take on sole support forvarious clients of your own.

**Role Responsibilities**:
**Provide IT support to an assigned customer site - full UK Driving License required as travel to customer site is required
**Be comfortable working on an independent basis and liaising directly with users
**Update tickets accurately and ensure tasks are progressed in a quick and efficient manor
**Have a drive and a want to thrive and constantly develop your skills and grow as an IT Professional

Ideally you will have experience working in the education sector/An MSP, however this is not essential - the company are looking for someone who is a self-starter and technically hands on, with great interpersonal skills and a want to engage with and put thecustomer first.
