- The Department:

- The Esports CRM team is responsible for the creation, segmentation and execution of campaigns and promotions targeted at our esports customers; as well as reporting on our main KPI’s.
- We’re responsible for coming up with innovative ways to retain and engage our esports customers across the globe.

- Purpose of the role:

- The Esports CRM Executive is responsible for executing the CRM Strategy to increase customer retention and lifetime value. With this goal in mind, you will be responsible for building and co-ordinating targeted, multi-channel campaigns to Betway’s esports customers, covering a range of esports titles and regions.
- The role will be focused on the project management and delivery of esports communications and promotions. With involvement in predictor games and various stages of the customer lifecycle. Any campaign we produce is fully planned, carefully executed, and analysed impacting on future campaigns.
- You will collaborate cross functionally with the sponsorship, social media, creative and product teams to deliver a cohesive strategy.
- You will be responsible for:

- Managing projects and campaigns aimed at engaging, retaining, and reactivating esports customers
- Create and manage the monthly communications schedule and promotion plan, covering all major events across a diverse group of games and regions
- Use internal systems to build and credit promotions
- Co-ordinate with the creative studio to deliver content for communications and campaigns
- Produce and present regular reports on key KPI’s
- Manage content on the Betway Esports website and app
- Manage the esports predictor games
- Collaborate with regional CRM teams to deliver localised strategies
- Liaise with esports sponsorship and social media teams to deliver cohesive strategies
- Manage a range of automated commutations and lifecycle workflows
- Continually test, analyse, and optimise all campaigns using data insights
- Troubleshooting of any comms or promotion issues, often working closely with other teams

- You will have (Essential skills):

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Commercial acumen & strong numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to co-ordinate projects and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments
- Able to work autonomously
- Good understanding of the esports space
- Passionate for one or more esports titles (e.g. CS:GO, League of Legends, Dota 2, Call of Duty or Valorant)
- _ All behavioural competencies are also essential_
- It would be a bonus if you also had (Desirable skills):

- Understanding of/experience of the Sports Betting industry
- Previous experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another ESP
- Strong problem-solving skills in understanding and diagnosing solutions
- Experience with Microsoft products
