Due to growth in our company, we have an exciting opportunity to join our management team. We are looking for a Site Coordinator to join our team based in Preston & surrounding areas.

Dolphin Plastering Ltd currently have 5 sites in the North West and are scheduled to start another 3 by the year end.

**Job Purpose**

As our Site Coordinator, you would work on site between our different projects and occasionally in the office based in Bamber Bridge, Preston. Coordinating between the different sites, workloads and our Project Manager and Directors.

You would be required to liaise between our workforce and the different Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Contracts Managers on each site.

As a Site Coordinator you will be able to build relationships with the management team and manage our workforce on sites.

We would be looking for someone that has Plastering experience that can confidently supervise the quality of work produced on site and rectify any and all issues that may crop up on any given day.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with our partners and workforce
- Oversee the quality of our Plasterers work and rectify any issues
- Coordinate with Site Managers and our Project Manager to streamline our business and day-to-day workload. Including but not limited to; keeping track of ongoing work and making sure there are no delays, if delays arise - working to rectify, knowing when houses are ready to order the materials and scheduling for work to start, managing the workforce efficiently, ensuring work is up to a high standards and meets NHBC standards etc
- Schedule efficiently for any variations/patching work that is required
- Liaise regularly with the management team and keep all electronic records up to date on a daily basis.
- Safeguard our workforce and keep track of all health & safety requirements on site
- Proactively work to expand the business should the opportunity arise of a new development in the area.

**Skills, Experience & Required**

** Must have** a valid CSCS card & driving licence
- Minimum of 3 years management experience (Supervisor level or above)
- Minimum of 2 years experience on construction sites (plastering or other)
- Knowledge & understanding of health & safety in a work environment
- An understanding of the plastering trade & willingness to learn if not
- Excellent communication skill and personable approach
