Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for an **Office Administrator and PA** on a full time basis located at our The Merlin Hub - Basingstoke office.

**About the Role**

Reporting into the Global FHub Director, you will be the key support for the Finance Hub and Group Finance teams in providing a variety of administrative processes, acting as an integral part of the team ensuring that everything in the department runs smoothly.

No two days will be the same and to thrive in this role you will need to be someone who can work flexibly and love to make things happen with energy and enthusiasm.

You will be involved in a variety of tasks that will include general office administrative processes, arranging meetings, booking travel, social committee organisation work and personal assistant work to both the Finance Hub Director and the Group Finance Director.

**About You...**
- Demonstrable experience of working within a fast-paced office environment as an Administrator/PA or similar.
- Intermediate Excel and strong Outlook and PowerPoint skills.
- Appetite to learn and understand administrative requirements within a large operational team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to build effective working relationships with the teams and PA’s across the Group.
- Negotiation skills required to gain adherence to deadlines.
- Technical capability to learn relevant systems and programs, including key support systems.
- Attention to detail to ensure information presented to senior stakeholders is accurate and reliable to be used to support decisions.
- Time management skills, with methodical and organised approach to tasks.
- Ability to work proactively and independently and in a group setting.
- Able to identify risks and escalate as appropriate.
- Understands the importance of confidentiality.
